Before the purchase

There is no right or wrong answer – the cost of an engagement ring is entirely determined by your budget, your lifestyle and what you as a couple prioritize. At Diamant Banken, we offer a wide range from 0.30 ct to over 10.00 ct, both lab-grown and natural diamonds, making it easier to find something for every level. We are happy to help you find the right one – both in terms of style and price.

Both natural and lab-grown diamonds are real, with the same physical and optical properties. The difference lies in their origin: natural diamonds form deep within the Earth over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments. Lab-grown diamonds are often more affordable per carat, which provides more opportunities for larger stone choices.

Choose a diamond with good light transmission and balanced proportions. Cut shapes such as oval, marquise and pear often look larger than round ones of the same weight. Settings such as halo or narrow ring profiles can also enhance the impression visually.

The best way is to discreetly measure a ring that your partner already wears – preferably on the correct finger. Measure the inner diameter with a ruler or tape measure in millimeters. If you don't have access to a ring, you can try using a printable ring template or measure on a finger at a time. We offer free sizing adjustments in most cases if it's the wrong size.

According to our terms of purchase, we do not offer comparison orders . Our range includes over 500,000 certified diamonds , and we are happy to help you find the right stone through personal advice or directly in our chat before you place your order.

To ensure fair and sustainable procedures, one free return is offered per customer.

For repeated returns or orders clearly made for comparison purposes, a handling fee of SEK 700 per diamond may be added to cover shipping, insurance and quality control.

All rings created in our Ring Builder are made to order according to your personal choices of metal, model, size and diamond.

This jewelry is therefore considered specially made goods , which means that exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply according to the provisions of the Consumer Act for custom-made goods with a personal design.

We do not currently offer digital gift cards via our online store, but we can arrange a personalized gift card solution upon request. Contact us via email or chat and we will help you customize an alternative.

Payment and security

We accept card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Some alternative payment methods such as Swish or partial payment via external parties may also be available depending on the checkout solution.

Yes. All payments are made through SSL encryption and approved payment providers with 3D Secure. Your data and payment information is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Delivery and returns

All our shipments are trackable and insured. We use reputable carriers such as PostNord, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Deliveries are discreet – without a logo on the packaging – which is perfect for proposals or surprises.

Loose diamonds are normally delivered within 10–20 working days. Rings and other jewellery are made to order and have a delivery time of approximately 6–7 weeks. Express options may be offered in some cases – please contact us before purchasing via info@diamantbanken.com or the chat on the website.

Yes, each piece of jewelry comes with an exclusive box customized for the ring or piece of jewelry.

Yes, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on stock items as well as loose diamonds and gemstones, provided they are returned in their original condition together with the accompanying certificate and original packaging.

Custom-made jewelry – for example rings created via our Ring Builder, jewelry with personal engraving or loose stones mounted in jewelry – is not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act's provisions on goods manufactured according to the customer's wishes.

Return fee for loose diamonds and gemstones:

When exercising the right of withdrawal, a return fee of SEK 700 per stone will be charged. The fee corresponds to our actual costs for traceable and fully insured return transport and safe handling. When returning multiple stones, a return fee will be charged per stone.

How to make a return:

All returns must be registered with our customer service before being sent back. Once the return is registered, we will send you a prepaid and insured return solution via email. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. You will not pay anything at the agent.

Refund:

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we have the right to withhold refunds until the goods have been returned to us or you have shown that they have been sent. Refunds will only be made after the return has been received and inspected to verify that the correct goods have been returned in unaltered condition.

Uncollected shipments:

If a shipment is not collected and returned to us, this is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer is then liable for all actual costs incurred for outbound freight, return transport, insurance and administration.
